Shipping and Return Policies
- All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price of the emblems will only be refunded if the emblems are returned undamaged and the plastic adhesive cover has not be removed. We recommend that all returns are firmly packaged in a cardboard box to prevent damage.
- NOTE: Emblems damaged during shipping will not be refunded.
- Domestic Shipping: Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped with USPS First-Class Mail. This service does provide a tracking service, and the buyer will be notified of tracking information upon shipment.
- International Shipping.: Orders shipped outside of the United States will be shipped with USPS First-Class International Mail. This service does not provide a tracking service, therefore the risk is assumed by the buyer.
- For an additional charge we can ship orders with USPS Express International Mail, which includes a tracking service. The tracking service allows us to guarantee that the buyer receives the package. To select USPS Express International shipping please notify us via e-mail when making a purchase and we'll send a money request for the additional charge to the e-mail address used to place the order.
